ProvidaJur was founded in 2009 dedicated exclusively to industrial and intellectual property (IP). It is our single focus from day one, and what we know in depth.

Origin

A multidisciplinary firm by design.

Since 2009, we have operated in the scientific arena with a multidisciplinary team of biomedical scientists and chemists, which allows us to contribute directly to the fields of Industrial Property.

Today, our team includes specialists and attorneys in Industrial Property trained and certified by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), known as OMPI (Organização Mundial da Propriedade Intelectual) in the Portuguese-speaking world. We have served on the Intellectual Property Commission in Brasília and on the Fashion Law Commission in São Paulo.

WIPO · OMPI

International qualification

Specialists certified by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), known as OMPI (Organização Mundial da Propriedade Intelectual) in the Portuguese-speaking world. The certification covers two central international systems: the Madrid Protocol, a trademark registration scheme valid in up to 130 countries through a single filing coordinated by WIPO; and the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty), a unified patent application that opens entry in more than 150 countries.

Trademark, industrial design and patent applications filed directly with INPI (the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property), with real-time electronic monitoring.

Action at every stage

Action before out-of-court bodies from filing through grant, including appeals against rejections and, when needed, filing in the judicial courts. Lawsuits against trademark misuse, invalidity, unfair competition, customer diversion and orders to refrain from using identical marks.
